During the past four weeks, I went to several private lessons, a number of group lessons and two parties. What I gained from my lessons is an appreciation that the dance steps alone are not a metric for proficiency. Balance, posture, hand positioning and body alignment with my dance partner are also factors of learning how to dance with confidence.

Complimenting the studio's schedule is the staff. The staff represents an amazing support team; from the first person who greeted me with a mile to the last person who wished me goodnight, the staff has truly made a difference. Of equal importance, the studio has afforded me the opportunity to make new friends, find acceptance and to have a safe place to enjoy myself. It has become a place that I look forward to coming and it has become a place where I know I can laugh and smile no matter what else has happened in my day. - Jennifer Franco
