Arthur and Kathryn Murray - Founders The history of the Arthur Murray Dance Studios began in 1912 with Arthur himself. Arthur invented and pioneered many mainstays of ballroom dancing; using 'footsteps' to describe patterns, teaching people through a formal syllabus, and consistently researching the most emergent dances. With his wife, Kathryn, Arthur created a trusted and recognized name that now spans 250 studios in 19 countries. His belief that dancing can truly change people's lives continues in those studios, and the one in Redlands is no different.

Sheila Richardson - Franchisee Sheila began her life with Arthur Murray in 1970, where she trained, taught, loved and learned everything about the dance business. She has personally trained thousands of amateur students and hundreds of professionals. She has also won numerous awards as a dancer and a teacher. Her real pride comes from being an entrepreneur, from purchasing the Riverside studio in 1973 to being where she is today, directing the Redlands, Temecula, and Pasadena Arthur Murray Dance Studios into the best places to learn to dance!

Russ Richardson - Franchisee Russ started in 1975 as a student. After winning competitions as an amateur, he entered a teacher training program, and became an instructor in 1976. Russ progressed in, specializing in teaching new students, becoming head of the new student department, then supervisor and now manager. Currently, he is the marketing director and administrator. He also manages the structure and logistics at the studio that has stayed in the top 10 worldwide in the last 10 years.

Katrina Rodriguez - Director Since she could walk, she could dance. Katrina has a passion for dance like no other and loves sharing what she knows with everyone she meets. Sam Kesler - Certified Instructor Inspired by his own grandfather, Sam's dancing his way to the top! Those hot summer nights at the Carnation Theater in Disneyland; placing first in six different swing competitions, assisting in ballroom lessons at a local studio, and starting the swing club at his High School have really paid off. Richard Stoia - Certified Instructor Richard’s first introduction to ballroom dance came from his first martial arts instructor, who taught him the basics of muscle control necessary for becoming a master at both martial arts and dance. Up to the present Richard has taught many people from different backgrounds, which has given him insights in how to best serve each student. His teaching style flows like the Waltz, is sexy and smooth as the Salsa, and energizing as the Swing! He’s very excited to be working with you and inspire you to become the dancer you want to be. Marisa Abbott - Certified Instructor Marisa has been singing and dancing for as long as she can remember. With the love and support of her family and friends, her love for the arts grew into a potential profession. As a graduate of Pacific Conservatory for The Performing Arts, Marisa has been in a number of professional shows such as Godspell, Ragtime, Sound of Music, Cabaret, Damn Yankees, Fiddler on The Roof and others. She is thrilled to be a part of the Arthur Murray family and to have the opportunity to expand her love of the arts to include ballroom dance and can't wait to share her passion with you! ACCOLADES:

Krystle Lacap - Office Manager/Certified Instructor We're very fortunate to have such an accomplished, innovative, and well-rounded young lady as part of our Temecula Team. Growing up Krystle pursued her love of performance through theater, choir and dance. Coming into Ballroom dancing she found it mentally, physically, and emotionally gratifying and now aims to share it with the world! ACCOLADES: 2009 - All-Star District Champion
